24/06 Tory island

DUNLEWY - TORY ISLAND

The plan for today concerns a tour in one of the Ireland's most beautiful islands. I get up at 8 for breakfast and to prepare some hamburgers to take with me for lunch. The ferry leaves at 11:30 from Magheroarty pier, 11km far from Dunlewy but. There are no big climbs on the way so i could take it slowly and enjoy the view of the beaches and town scattered all over the coastline.

Tory island it is one on the must see Co. Donegal. It costal reef is absolutely stunning!

This is West Town the main village on the island

On the way back i took the other route, from West town to Bun Beg . The funny thing is that i got a puncture once again, in the island. As i had no spare tube with me (it was also raining), i didn't really know how to come back to the hostel! Thanks God here in Donegal, peoples are very kind and one man from the ferry crew called a friend with a van to take me to Dunlewy.

End of it!
